Biography 

A native Washingtonian, Dr. Delia Roddy Fine attended the Holton-Arms School, Georgetown University, and Georgetown University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at New England Medical Center | Tufts University and Duke University Medical Center 

Dr. Fine then spent several years on the clinical faculty at Duke University Medical Center. After moving back to Washington, DC, Dr. Fine practiced in Silver Spring. In 2005, she joined Bethesda Physicians, where she spent 17 years practicing adult and adolescent medicine. 

Dr. Fine was named by Washingtonian magazine as one of the top doctors in her field and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians. She is committed to a strong doctor-patient relationship and cares for her patients without judgment. She integrates her knowledge of mental health with its connection to

physical health. Dr. Fine also helps her patients navigate health information and stays current with the latest updates in medical literature.

Interests and Family

In her spare time, Dr. Fine enjoys running, hiking, and cooking. She lives in Kensington, MD, with her husband, Steve, a radiologist, and their three children.

After practicing in Boston, MA, and New Haven, CT, she returned to Washington, DC in 2004. She has spent the last 20 years working at Rockville Internal Medicine Group, Bethesda Physicians and Foxhall Internists.

Dr. Veronica Ann DiFresco was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She graduated magna cum laude from Stony Brook University. She continued her education at Georgetown University School of Medicine, where she developed a love for Washington, DC.

Dr. DiFresco is boardcertified in internal medicine. She has been recognized by Washingtonian magazine and Consumers’ Checkbook as one of the top internists in the DC area.
