Drs. DiFresco and Fine both have extensive experience caring for adolescents, college students and young adults and are willing to see patients ages 16 and over on a fee for service basis (outside of the IMW membership plans). Patients who are appropriate for this service are:

• Adolescents and college students
• Patients who do not require multiple medication refills
• Patients who do not require annual health maintenance monitoring (including cancer screening and management of chronic medical conditions)
• Patients who do not require coordination with multiple specialists

• Drug and Alcohol Counseling
• Sports Physicals
• Sick visits for upper respiratory infections, UTIs, STD testing
